1 package of Wonton Wrappers (found in produce section of store)
1 small package of Jimmy Deans hot pork sausage
1½ Cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1½ Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Ranch Dressing
½ Cup diced Red Pepper
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375º

In a muffin tin, place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup
Place in oven for a few minutes to brown the wonton wrapper. Remove from oven

Filling- Cook sausage and drain fat, add pepper and cook til soft. Remove from heat and let cool. Fold in Ranch and cheese.

Add a scoop of filling to each wonton wrapper.

Place back in oven and bake until the cheese is melted
