3 cups raisins
1/2 bourbon
1 1/2 c. al purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves (ground) or all spice
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
4 c. pecans
1/2 lb. mixed fruit
1 lb cherries

Put raisins in bowl and add bourbon. Mix well and let stand for 1 hour.

Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and cloves, set aside. Put in bowl and cream butter and sugar and add eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in flour mixture. Stir in pecans, fruit and cherries.
Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake 325 about 15 minutes.
