6 eggs beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bread torn into pieces
¾ lb. sausage browned and drained or 2 c. chopped ham or bacon

1 stick melted butter

Optional extras
chopped peppers
chopped onions
chopped mushrooms
extra cheese

Directions:

Mix all together. Pour into a 9x13 greased glass baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator (do not stir), melt 1 stick of butter and pour over egg mixture, and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
