2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, sliced lengthwise
inch hot oil.

cup dill pickle juice
cup buttermilk

1 egg, beaten
1 cup flour
1 tbsp powdered sugar
salt and pepper to taste

cup mayo
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp yellow mustard

Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
Take chicken out of marinade and dredge in beaten egg. Roll in flour mixture,

Fry in hot oil. Drain. Serve as entree or on a fresh bun with dressing.
