2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, sliced lengthwise
¼ inch hot oil

Marinade:
½ cup dill pickle juice
½ cup buttermilk

Coating:
1 egg, beaten
1 cup flour
1 tbsp powdered sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Dressing:
½ cup mayo
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp yellow mustard



Directions:

Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes. Take chicken out of marinade and dredge in beaten egg. Roll in flour mixture.

Fry in hot oil. Drain. Serve as entree or on a fresh bun with dressing.

Nan got this from the internet as the "authentic" Chick-Fil-A recipe. It's interesting because you marinade the chicken in pickle juice and buttermilk.
