1 lb. ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced/grated
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T. oregano (or to taste)
1/2 tsp. thyme, sage (or to taste)
1 T basil (or to taste)
2 bay leaves
2 cans tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 can petite diced tomatoes

Directions:

Cook ground beef and drain. Add onion, green pepper, garlic and seasonings. Stir well. Add canned tomato products and bay leaves and a little water if too thick, usually 1/2 - 1 cup. Simmer for about an hour. Remove bay leaves and serve over hot, cooked spaghetti.
