1 egg
1 cup sugar
¼ cup melted butter
¾ cup sour milk
1½ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
3 tbsps (heaping) cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup boiling water

Icing
Melt 2 tbsps butter
Add 1 tbsp milk
1 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
½ tsp vanilla
Dash salt

Preheat over to 350º

Spray 9 X 9 cake pan with cooking spray.

Beat egg well till light and fluffy, starting all of the other ingredients and mix well. Pour cake batter in pan and bake for 30 minutes.

Mix all the icing ingredients well till light and fluffy. When cake is well cooled, layer icing on top of cake.
