7 lbs of beef roast (shoulder or rump).
3 c. water
1 white onion chopped
12-16oz jar of pepperoncini (16oz will make spicier meat)
1 pkg Italian seasoning
3 bay leaves,
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp. Beef base (Better than Bouliaon)

Hoagie Buns toasted
White Cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Put water and roast into crock pot along with the chopped onion and entire jar of pepperoncini. Add the beef base, Italian seasoning, garlic, bay leaves to the crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Note: For less spicy meat take the pepperoncinis out at about the 4 hour mark, and don't add the juice from the jar. Make sure to remove bay leaves before serving.

Lightly toast hoagie buns and layer with slice of cheese prior to loading meat on bun.
