1 lb Lean Hamburger (96 / 4% fat) is what i used
1 lb Sausage
1 16oz jar Pace Picante Sauce medium
1 med green pepper chopped
1 med vidalia onion chopped
2 small cloves of garlic minced
1 tbsp. dried basil
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp ground peppercorn (guessing on the pepper and salt - just kinda took out the grinders and added what I thought looked good)
1 tsp sea salt
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients below in large bowl if too wet or moist add bread crumbs as needed - mixture should form a loaf and not fall apart. Form loaf in greased baking dish and bake for 90 minutes @ 350F With 20 minutes to go add glaze to the top of meatloaf -i just used ketchup and honey mixed together probably 1/4 cup of each mixed and spread over top
