2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 large can crushed pineapple including juice
1 cup chopped walnuts

Frosting: 8 oz cream cheese, 1 stick butter, 1 teasp vanilla, approximately 3 cups powder sugar and milk

Mix all ingredients till well blended using a large spoon. Add chopped nuts to batter and pour into a 9X13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Top with cream cheese frosting when cooled and top with additional chopped nuts.

Frosting: cream butter and cream cheese, add vanilla, powdered sugar and enough milk to your desired consistency.
