2 c. frozen peas thawed under hot water
⅔ c. water
⅛ tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
⅓ c. heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp. Flour
1 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan under med/high heat bring peas, water and salt to a boil. Add butter, stir until
melted. In a small bowl whisk together cream, flour, and sugar until combined. Add to the
saucepan, stir. Leave on the med/high heat for 4 - 5 minutes or until thick and bubbly.
