1/2 c. bleu cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz) package whipped cream cheese
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. celery salt
Dash of Tabasco
Directions:
Directions:
Mash 1/2 of bleu cheese with cream cheese. Stir in mayonnaise, seasonings, and lemon juice. Fold in sour cream and crumbled remainder of bleu cheese. Chill overnight for best flavor. Can be thinned with buttermilk for tossed salads.
