1.5 cups almonds
4 cups shredded coconut
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chia
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup flax seeds
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup

Directions:

Pre heat oven to 350*

Liquify coconut oil and combine with the maple syrup.

Drizzle the oil and syrup over the mixed dry ingredients.

Spread the raw granola in a thin layer on one or two deep cookie pans. Place a piece of parchment paper loosely over the granola to prevent burning.

Bake for 15 - 17 minutes, stirring half way through. DO NOT OVERCOOK!

Keep a couple of cups in a tight jar for use and the rest in large mason jars in the freezer!

1/4 cup with a cup of greek yogurt...excellent breakfast!
