Baked Burrito Casserole Recipe

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans (optional)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup- undiluted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg large tortillas
- 2 1/2 cups marble cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. In a large skillet cook ground beef and onion
3. Add taco seasoning and beans, heat thoroughly
4. In a separate bowl blend mushroom soup with the sour cream. Spread half the soup mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
5. Add a layer of three flour tortillas to the top of the soup mixture. You will need to overlap and tear.
6. Spread on a layer of ground beef mixture and top with about 2 cups of cheese
7. Repeat all layers and top with remaining cheese.
8. Bake in 9x13 baking dish for about 20 min until cheese is nicely melted.

Serve as a casserole or as a dip for chips.
