2 8 oz blocks sharp cheddar, shredded
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 8 oz container Chive and Onion Cream cheese
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1 broccoli stalk
red and green apples or crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese in processor. Add food coloring for orange coloring. Add cheddar, seasonings. Blend. Cover and chill for 4 hours.

Shape mixture into pumpkin. Smooth entire outer surface with a knife.

Cut broccoli stalk to resemble a pumpkin stem. Press into the top of cheese ball. Serve with apple wedges or crackers.

May make ahead and refrig up to 2 days.
