40 Medjool Dates(I used regular dates)
1 cup Marscapone cheese
½ cup shelled pistachios, chopped
⅔ cup pomegranate Arlie
Zest from 1 large orange
Juice from 1 large orange

Directions:
Directions:
Make a lengthwise slit in each date, then squeeze the ends toward each other to open the fruit and remove the pit.
Stuff each date with 1 tsp marscapone cheese.
Press 6-10 Arlis and a pinch of chopped pistachios into the cheese in each date.
Sprinkle orange zest and juice of ½ orange over filled dates. Chill and serve.

May substitute 8oz cream cheese, ½ cup heavy cream and 2 tbsp softened unsalted butter for the marscapone cheese
