1 c grated fresh parmesan
1 c mayo
6 oz jar marinated artichoke
(1 jalapano)
1 tbsp grated onion
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:

Cut up cheese until granular, add mayo. Drain artichokes and add.

Grated onion and add with lemon juice and seasoning. Process until reasonably smooth. Bake in small casserole at 350º x 20-30 min. Until slightly brown on top.

Serve hot or cold.
