1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 egg yolks
1 cup milk
2 egg whites
Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mix all ingredients except egg whites.

Beat egg whites separately until stiff. Fold into lemon mixture. Pour into baking pan.

Set pan in another pan of boiling water. Bake until done. 30-40 minutes.
