1 cup ground ham
1 T parsley
1 T green onion, minced
2 T mayo

Pastry
1/4 c butter
1/2 c boiling water
1/2 c flour
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:

Melt butter in boiling water. Sift flour and add; stir until forms mass. Cool 3-4 min.

Stire in eggs separately.

Arrange 3/4-1 tsp on lightly buttered cookie sheet 2 1/2" apart.

Bake at 425 10 min then reduce to 350 for 8 min or until dry and lightly golden.
