1 box lemon cake mix
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons apricot nectar
cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F.

Grease and flour a tube pan.

Combine in a large bowl, cake mix, sugar, 1 cup apricot nectar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beat 2 minutes or until blended. Pour mixture into tube pan. Bake for 1 hour.
Let cake cool and then place on plate to release cake from pan.

Cool in pan right side up for 15 minutes; invert.

Meanwhile mix together powdered sugar, lemon juice and remaining 2 tablespoons of apricot nectar.

Frost cake while warm with the glaze.

Drizzle glaze on cooled cake and serve.
