1 box (15.25 ounces) lemon cake mix
½ cup sugar
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons apricot nectar, divided
¾ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 cup confectioners sugar
¼ cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F.

Grease and flour a tube pan.

Combine in a large bowl, cake mix, sugar, 1 cup apricot nectar, and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beat 2 minutes or until blended. Pour mixture into tube pan. Bake for 1 hour.

Cool in pan right side up for 15 minutes; invert.

Meanwhile mix together confectioners sugar, lemon juice, and remaining 2 tablespoons of apricot nectar.

Frost cake while warm with the glaze.
