Can 15 oz chickpeas can
whole lemon for juice
garlic
salt to taste
Can drained artichokes
3 oz lite cream cheese
French bread or crackers

Directions:
Directions:

In processor combine 15 oz chickpeas, whole lemon juice, garlic and salt to taste. Proces until smooth. Chop one can drained artichokes. Add 1/4 c parmesan and mayo. Combine and mix well. Bake at 350º for 25 min. Also add 3 oz lite cream cheese.

Serve with French bread or crackers
