English Cucumbers
Purple Onion
Olives
Feta Cheese
Sweet Banana Pepper
Hot Banana Pepper
Oil
Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Oregano
Fresh Bread

Directions:
Directions:
The amount of ingredients to use depends on the size of the salad you want to make.

Slice tomatoes, cucumber, sweet pepper and onion in big pieces, Add to a large plate or bowl.

Mix your oil, vinegar and spices and make as much as you need for your salad. taste and adjust.

Pour dressing over the vegetables and mix well.

On separate plates, set out the Feta, Olives and Hot Pepper, this will give everyone a chance to add what they want onto their salad. The hot pepper is for those that like a little zing with their salad.

Of course this salad is not the same with some fresh bread to sop up the dressing.
