8 oz. of chopped green peppers
1 medium chopped onion
7 garlic cloves minced
2 - 28 oz. cans of Tuttorosso tomato puree
2 – 28 oz. cans of Tuttorosso peeled plum tomatoes
1 – 12 oz. can of Contadina tomato paste
½ cup of Kraft Parmesan cheese
1 TBS of sugar
1 pinch of Italian seasoning
½ cup of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:

1. Heat olive oil in a deep pot, and add green peppers, onions and Saute for approx. 10 to 15 minutes,
then add minced garlic and Saute for another 2 to 3 minutes.

2. Add tomato puree, peeled plum tomatoes and tomato paste, bring to a low boil and reduce to a
simmer.

3. Add Parmesan cheese, sugar and Italian seasoning.

4. Add any meatballs and sausages.

5. Simmer the gravy for about 4 hours or until done, stirring constantly.
