hamburger(beef or venison)
onions
celery
carrots
mushrooms
Water
Salt
Flour

Directions:

Brown the hamburger nicely. Add mushrooms and cook till browned a little. Add the onions and celery and cook till translucent. Add water to make a nice gravy. Salt to taste and flour to thicken

This is Attie and Phynns favorite dinner. But if Phynn is there omit the mushrooms! Serve over mashed potatoes. Maurice prefers not to have potatoes in his stew only under it
