8 oz pkg long-grain rice
4 strips of bacon, cooked, chopped
lb ground sausage
1 med onion, diced
C chopped bell pepper
2 C water
1 8oz can tomato sauce
dash of pepper
pinch of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage, onion, pepper together & drain.
Cook rice in water, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, sugar. Bring to a boil, turn to med temp, stir in sauted mix.
When rice has absorbed water, crumble bacon on top & stir.
Rice should be fluffy and light.
