1 Bag of Monsey Mehuderes Broiled Liver
2 Onions
1/4 c Brown Sugar
1/4 c Oil
1/4 c wine
1 T. Garlic Powder
1 T Onion Powder
1 T. Paprika
1 tsp Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the onion in half, then into stripes. Brown the onions on a low flame with the oil and brown sugar.
Cut up the pieces of R' Rabinowitz liver and add them to the pot - once the onions are turning brown. Allow the liver to cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in the remaining ingredients, and allow to simmer, stirring occasionally.

This liver recipe is a personal favorite of mine. It is best enjoyed very cold with coleslaw and hot sauce.
