2 T butter
4 tsp flour
¼ tsp garlic powder
¾ c milk or milk/cream mix
1½ c American cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
3 (10 oz.) bags frozen corn, thawed
3 oz. diced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Melt butter, stir in flour and garlic powder.
Add milk, cook and stir over medium heat.
Heat until bubbly.
Stir in cheeses.
Cook and stir until cheeses melt.
Stir in corn and ham.

Bake in 2 quart casserole for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
