Oreo Cake Recipe

2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
cup coffee rich/ creamer
1 sticks margarine
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar
24 Oreo cookies, crushed
⅓ cup flour
stick margarine
⅓ cup chocolate chips

* Combine all cake ingredients in mixer and mix.
* Combine all ingredients for the crumble (in a ziplock bag) and mush together.
* Prepare your pan with parchment paper.
* Pour the cake batter into your pan, top it with the crumble mixture, then the rest of your cake batter, and finally top it with the rest of your crumble mixture.
* Bake in a preheated 350 for approximately 45 minutes, or until your toothpick comes out clean.
* Once your cake is cooled and transferred to your platter, drizzle with confectionary sugar/ water mixture.
* Enjoy!

I make this in a long loaf pan but you can do it in any pan, you just might need to adjust your baking time.
