2 sticks butter
1 C white sugar
1 C pecan halves & pieces
2 pkgs (12 sheets) honey graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325

Lay graham crackers tightly across (& completely cover) the area of a lightly greased, rimmed baking sheet. In large saucepan, bring the butter, sugar and pecans to a boil over medium heat for 3 min, stirring constantly. Carefully and evenly pour boiled mix over crackers, spreading to cover. Immediately pop into oven and bake 8 min.
Allow bark to cool completely before breaking into pieces. Store in air-tight container.
