Hamburger Minestorne Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
6 c. water
1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
1-1/2 c. sliced zucchini
1 16 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1-1/2 c. frozen corn, thawed
1 c. shredded cabbage
1 celery rib, chopped
2 tsp beef bouillon granules
2 tsp Italian seasoning
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni

Cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is done. Add water, tomatoes, zucchini, beans, corn, cabbage, celery, bouillon, Italian seasoning, and salt. Add macaroni. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
