3 c old fashioned oats
1/2 c butter
1/2 c milk
2 c sugar
1/2 c peanut butter
1/4 c cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Measure oats into a large bowl and set aside.

In a large pan, combine butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa. Stir together over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a rolling boil. Continue stirring constantly while it boils for 4 minutes. Turn off the heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir to mix. Add the oats and mix until completely covered. Work fast, since it starts to harden quickly.

Scoop onto wax paper, using a big spoon. Let fully cool, about 20 minutes.
