3 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 cans cream of asparagus soup
4 1/2 soup cans milk
3 cups light cream
3 cans or 3 cups crab meat, drained and flaked(19-22 ounces in all)
3/4 cup sherry
Pat of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Blends soups; stir in milk and cream. Heat just to boiling. Add crab meat and heat through. Add sherry just before serving. Float a pat of butter atop.

Makes 8-10 servings.

Pop Pop always said Nana could make a gourmet meal out of anything in the cupboard. She had a way of putting together this and that and coming up with something marvelous! And, she could do it at the drop of a hat when extra guests showed up on the door step.
