3 4.5 oz plain milk chocolate bars broken in pieces.
12 oz semisweet chocolate pieces
1 70 oz. jar marshmallow cream
4½ cups sugar
dash of salt
1 14½ oz. can evaporated milk (1⅔ cup)
2 tsp vanilla
1-2 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine milk chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate pieces in a large bowl and stir in marshmallow cream.
2. Combine sugar, salt, and milk in a large heavy saucepan. Stir until thoroughly blended. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 6 minutes stirring occasionally.
3. Immediately pour the hot mixture over the chocolate and marshmallow until thoroughly blended and creamy. Stir in extract and nuts. Turn fudge onto a buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
4. Let stand about 2 hours, then cut into 1 inch squares. Cool thoroughly.

The fudge will keep moist for several weeks when stored in a tightly covered container.
