4 eggs
cup milk
cup water
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
Up to 1 cup browned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Fill deep sauce pan about half full with water and heat to boiling. Beat eggs; add milk, water, flour, and salt. Beat with spoon until blisters form. Spoon batter into the boiling water by teaspoonfuls, dipping spoon into water each time. Cook only one layer of noodles at one time; do not crowd. After noodles rise to the surface, boil gently 5-6 minutes, or until tender when pressed against the side of the pan with a spoon. Remove from water with a slotted spoon, draining over water for a second, and place in a warm bowl. Toss lightly with browned bread crumbs.

Makes 6-8 servings.
