Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 300º

½ lemon or Realemon juice

Pork Rib Rub:
¼ c. brown sugar
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all Rib Rub ingredients together in bowl, set aside.
Remove thin membrane, if desired, from back of rib rack by using sharp knife. Slice at corner, lifting membrane and use paper towel to get a good hold and pull and peel until removed. Cut ribs into individual one - bone slices. Squeeze ½ a lemon generously over ribs, or brush with lemon juice. Take individual sliced pork and press meat side firmly into Rub mix, dust remaining sides. Repeat with all slices. Place meat side down directly in pan - no rack, no water! Cover pan with foil. Cook in 300º oven for 2½ hours. Remove from oven, pour off liquid and brush with B.B.Q. Sauce. Set oven to broil and return uncovered pan with ribs, broiling about 5 minutes. Remove, flip ribs and do another 5 minutes for crispy deliciousness!
