2 large firm cucumbers
1 cup mild cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. caraway seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub cucumbers and cut into paper-thin rounds. Leaving peel on. Place in bowl. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers. Let marinate and chill in refrigerator, turning now and then, for at least an hour or overnight. Serve ice cold.
