4 T. butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ tsp. pepper
1 c. heavy cream
⅔ c. Parmesan, grated (use fresh)
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3-4 cooked, sliced chicken breasts
1 bag (8oz.) fresh spinach
pinch of nutmeg

Directions:

Melt butter in pan over medium-low heat.
Add garlic and cream as soon as butter is melted and whisk for 1 min.
Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese and cream cheese.
Add pepper to taste and pinch of nutmeg.
Simmer sauce, whisking frequently 5-8 min. until cheese is incorporated.
Stir in spinach and cook until slightly wilted.
Add cooked chicken and stir to coat with sauce.
