2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 onions, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped
1.5 lb lean ground pork
Salt & pepper
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground savory
1/2 c minced parsley
1/4 c water
1/4 to 1/2 c dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and add onions, garlic, and about a cup of water. Bring to a boil, and cook until water has evaporated and onions are soft. Stir in tomatoes. Mix in meat. Stir in salt, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, savory, parsley and 1/4 c water. Continue cooking over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until mixture is almost dry.

Put the bottom crust in a pie pan, and put it in a 350° oven until the crust is just starting to brown. Take out, and pour meat mixture into crust. Put the top crust on, and seal edges. Bake at 350° for about an hour until top crust browns.
