Chocolate Drop Cookies Recipe

Ruby Gerberding


1 C. Flour
tsp Salt
tsp Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Cocoa
C. Margarine
C. Brown Sugar, packed
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
C. Milk
C. Chopped Pecans

Combine flour, salt, soda and cocoa.
Cream margarine, add sugar gradually, cream until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
Add dry ingredients and milk alternately into creamed mixture.
Drop by tablespoonfuls on greased baking sheets.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
Cool on rack.
Frost with powdered sugar frosting.
