Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 9 inch pie crust (Marie Callendar's pie crust are the best!)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1.4 tsp pepper
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c chopped onion (sub 1/2 tsp onion powder for real onions)
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (I despise peppers so I skip this)
Cheese topping:
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese (Tillamook is the best!)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Prepare crust (thaw if frozen). In skillet, cook beef, drain excess oil, then add bread crumbs, tomato sauce, salt, oregano, pepper, onion and pepper. Cook until simmering. Pour beef mixture in to pie shell. Cheese topping: beat eggs and milk in a bowl. Stir in all seasoning and cheese. Spread cheese topping over filling. Place pie pan on cookie sheet covered with foil (If you don't do this the filling will spill over your oven and will get really mess!. I learned the hard way!) Bake about 30 minutes.

I think Maude (Grandma Onnie) made this for the boys at home. Do you notice a Stephen theme going - CHEESE!
