2-1/2 (1 lbs.) macaroon coconut
2/3 cup corn syrup

Directions:
Warn corn syrup to a point just below boiling. Add coconut. Let it sit for about 1 hour for coconut to soak up the syrup. Form into balls and dip into melted coating. use pastel or chocolate coating.
