Crust:
cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
⅓ cup brown sugar
cup chopped walnuts
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coconut
1 egg

Filing:
4 Tbsp butter
3 cups powder sugar
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
3 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla

Icing:
cup butterscotch chips
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
For crust: mix oil, sugar, egg in a bowl, set over a pan of hot water for about 5 minutes or until custard consistency. Mix in coconut graham crackers crumbs, nuts and vanilla. Pack in an ungreased 9 inch pan.

For filling:
Cream butter, add milk, pudding, powder sugar and beat well. Spread over base and let firm up in the refrigerator.

For Icing:
Melt chips with oil and spread over cooled filling.
