"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of creamed corn
1 cup of sour cream
1 stick of melted butter
1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°
Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the casserole dish.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until the corn casserole is golden brown and set.
Cool slightly before serving

Note: Mix in 2 eggs....this creates just a bit more of a lighter corn casserole. Add 1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese....because cheese makes everything better, right? Add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup sugar....this of course makes it a very sweet corn casserole. If you add the eggs and sugar, it almost takes like a corn cake and could be eaten for dessert!
