3 Eggs
1 cup Oil
2 tsp Vanilla
2 cups Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
tsp Nutmeg
3 cups Flour
1 cup Raisins
2 cups Zucchini (shredded)
cup chopped Nuts
1 can Pineapple tidbits (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients, only until blended.
Mix remaining ingredients and add dry ingredients.
Bake at 350 F for 20-30 mins
