3 cups thinly sliced, peeled Tart Apples
3 cups fresh or frozen Blueberries
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour

Topping:
½ cup White Sugar
1 cup Milk
½ cup Butter (melted)
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup All Purpose Flour
½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Butter 13 X 9 glass baking dish.
Combine apples, blueberries, sugar and flour and spread evenly.

In a bowl whisk together sugar, milk, butter and vanilla.
Without stirring sprinkle flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Stir with fork just until moist.
Drop topping by 6 large spoonfuls over fruit, spreading gently to cover.
Bake about 40 mins or until fruit is bubbling, topping is golden and
tester inserted in center of topping comes out clean.
Let stand at least 5 mins before serving. Serve hot or warm.
