20 oz can crushed Pineapple (incl juice)
2 cups Flour
1 cup chopped Pecans or Walnuts
½ cup Raisins
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs

8 oz Cream Chees
2 cups Icing Sugar
⅓ cup melted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Measure first 7 ingredients into large bowl and stir
until well mixed. Pour into pan, bake at 350ºF for 40 mins.
Combine last 4 ingredients to make frosting and frost while hot.
