1 cup Pearl Barley (cooks faster than Pot Barley)
2-3 Green Onions
2 Plum Tomatoes
¼ cup fresh Dill
¼ cup Black Olives (diced)
2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Wine Vinegar
1-2 tsp Dried Oregano
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil barley in lots of water and salt for about 30 mins
until nice and chewy.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Toss with next 6 ingredients.
Use last 4 ingredients for dressing or use
Kraft Sundried Tomato Dressing.
