cup Cornstarch
cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp minced fresh Ginger
2 tbsp minced Garlic
tsp Cayenne Pepper
cup Soy Sauce
cup Cider Vinegar
cup Dry Sherry or Water
1 cups Beef or Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
In a 1 quart jar combine first 5 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and shake until blended.
Store covered in fridge up to 2 weeks.
Shake well before using. Makes 3 cups.
