½ cup warm Water
1 tsp sugar
1 pkg Yeast
3⅓ cups lukewarm Water
½ cup Sugar
½ cup melted Lard or Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Vinegar
9-10 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
In the ½ cup of warm water, put 1 tsp sugar and the yeast.
Let rise for 10 mins in a warm place in a pot or bowl lid ( or
cover with a damp towel).
Combine lukewarm water, sugar, lard and salt, add yeast to this and
the vinegar.
Add flour 1 cup at a time, just enough so the dough is not sticky.
Grease the bowl and let stand for 2 hours.
Knead down and let rise one hour.
Form into buns and place on greased cookie sheets.
Let rise 3 hours and bake at 375º F for 10-12 mins.
