1½ cups All purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
½ cup softened Margarine
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
4 cups finely chopped pared Apples
1 cup All Bran Cereal or Bran Buds

1 pkg 3 oz Cream Cheese softened
1 tsp Vanilla Flavoring
1½ cups sifted Icing Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Beat ½ cup margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs.
Stir in apples, cereal and flour mixture.
Spread in greased 9 X 9 X 12 pan.
Bake at 350º F for 45 mins.
Ice with remaining ingredients.
