Starbuck Oat Fudge Bars Recipe

Bottom Layer:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
4 cups quick oats

Middle Layer:
1-14oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups chocolate chips
cup butter
1 tsp vanilla

Heat oven to 350F.
Grease 10x15 inch cookie sheet.
Cream butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, baking soda and oats together. Slowly add to creamed mixture. Spread 3/4 of the oat mixture onto cookie sheet.
Melt sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter and vanilla in a saucepan. Pour over oat mixture in cookie sheet. Blob remaining oat mixture on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
